一、关于发货
1、客户下单付款后,一般2天内安排发出,每天16:30后下单或付款的订单均设为第二天次日发货;如有特殊原因未能及时发货均会第一时间联系买家处理,还请大家多多包涵,万分感谢。
2、本店发货默认普通货运,运费到付,如需快递请联系客服计算修改运费备注。如由于买家信息填写错误,如电话 地址造成的货物退回需要客户承担来回运费。
二、关于价格
店铺内产品价格除少部分包邮产品外,均为出厂价,不含运费等任何其他费用;公司或者档口如果一定需要样品确认的,样品费按产品价格收费,运费顺风到付下单可视订单情况退回样品费,具体拿样时与我们具体协商。
三、关于收货
1、运输公司仅负责将产品运输到指定地方,到货时300元以下的货物请当着运输公司人员面清点、确认无误后再签收,300元以上货物请在签收后24小时内清点完毕,有问题及时联系我们处理。
2、有少货情况请在签收后24内给我们留言,我们会尽快帮您核实清楚情况。如遇货物包装有破损,货物缺失或损坏请拍照留证,拒收快件,并联系我们处理。
3、我们会尽量帮您加强货物包装,尽量避免损耗,但正常运输损耗2-3%还是难以避免,、如不幸出现损耗,我们采取下次进货补配件的方式解决,不单独补发,请谅解。
四、关于退换货
1、本店理论不支持无理由退货,如果因买家个人原因确实需要退货,来回运费由买家自理,另产品按原价打8折退款
(由于退回产品来回运输造成损坏损失较大)
2、如因买家个人原因需要换货,请在收货后15天内联系我们处理,换货要求产品不影响我们二次销售,并由买家承担来回运费。
运费一般需要计算修改 ,需要发快递联系客服计算修改即可,发物流运联系客服修改费到付即可。
